Activities
Yoga
Start your day with renewing vinyasa yoga with Kelly and wind down with restorative yin yoga in the evening. A perfect blend of energy and tranquility. Our large studio space is located on the main floor of the home.
Meditations
As the sun rises over the surrounding hills, connect your mind, body, and soul with deep guided meditations with Jules in the gardens of the lodge or in the studio space. A serene start to your day.
Cold Water Therapy
Awaken your senses and boost your energy levels with guided wild dips in the loch or river directly located on the Brewlands Estate. You will find a quick dip instantly reduces stress and regulates your nervous system.
Nature Walks
Explore the Estate and the sprawling wilderness right outside our door. With endless trails along the River Isla and beyond the hills, these Scottish Highlands are our playground to invigorate our body and connect to the nature all around.
Connection
Our retreat setting encourages vulnerability and openness, allowing you to share stories and support each other's journeys towards holistic health and empowerment.
Breathwork

While we have many relaxing and rewilding activities planned, we understand the importance of downtime. Enjoy moments to just be, relax in the hot tub, reading in the drawing rom, walking in the grounds or connecting with others.
Nurturing Meals
The Estates private chef will nourish us throughout the weekend with hearty vegetarian and vegan-friendly meals and snacks, using fresh and local Scottish produce.

Meet Kelly & Jules
Kelly and Jules, both having emerged from personal battles—Kelly with anxiety from her high-stress career and Jules from a traumatic birth experience—found common ground in their dedication to healing. Meeting through mutual friends 8 years ago, they instantly connected and raised their young children together. Combining Kelly's expertise in yoga and women’s circles, with Jules mentorship skills in feminine embodiment and somatic healing, they created a holistic program aimed at fostering emotional and physical healing. Together, they now run workshops and retreats around the world, offering a sanctuary where women can find peace, resilience, and empowerment, drawing strength from the serene environment and each other's stories through sisterhood.

Kelly Hillard
Kelly, once a high-flying private jet manager plagued by anxiety & burnout, found solace and transformation through yoga. Trading the high-pressure world of luxury aviation for the tranquil countryside, she now resides in rural Scotland. Here, she teaches yoga, guiding others towards inner peace and balance, much like she discovered for herself with a slower and simpler paced life. Kelly’s yoga journey began 15 years ago and has blossomed into more than just a passion. After completing over 1000 hours of training around the world, she became the proud owner of beautiful Orenda Studios in Scotland. It is here she has honed her craft as not only a teacher, but a sound healer, women’s circle and wellness host. Kelly has a gift of curating each class to the uniqueness of every participant and individual energies, ensuring a bespoke experience every time. She’s taken the advanced teachings from her mentors and now has the pleasure of sharing them with us.
Jules Theis
Jules, who endured a traumatic birth experience, channeled her pain into a powerful mission to support other women facing similar challenges. Drawing from her own journey of healing, she now works as a dedicated advocate and mentor for women, providing emotional support and practical resources. Her compassion and resilience inspire countless women, helping them navigate their own paths to recovery and empowerment.
Jules loves to lean into deep conversations that encourages us to dive within and expand our inner world. As an Integrative Somatic Practitioner she guides people to release stress, trauma and buried emotions through meditation, breath work and body movement.
With her passion for bringing like-minded women together, she is eager to provide opportunities for women from around the world to deepen their personal connection, in stunning and restorative locations.

In the wilds of the Highlands

THE LODGE
Discover this luxurious 5-star historic house, named one of Scotland's finest holiday homes. Every detail has been meticulously chosen to create an unparalleled experience.
The lodge is the perfect space to unwind after yoga and hiking, where you can cozy up by the fire in the living room and savour delicious meals prepared by our chef at the 12-person dining table.
Beyond the lodge, you'll find gorgeous green gardens featuring a tennis court, a hot tub, and lush lawns perfect for grounding.
THE GROUNDS
Step outside to enjoy serene walks along the waters of the River Isla, right from our doorstep. Welcome endless adventures in this natural playground, where golden eagles, peregrine falcons, and deer are frequent companions.
Best of all, the estate boasts its own loch just behind the home, perfect for wild swimming, followed by a warm dip in the hot tub.

Within the lodge on the main floor we have created an in-house yoga studio, bathed in natural light and serenity.
With a wood-burning stove casting a warm glow, this tranquil sanctuary is the perfect setting for daily yoga, sound baths, meditations, and more. Offering a secluded space for inner peace and rejuvenation.
